So this was a task for uni. We had to create a CD for a band of our choice. Of course I chose Mars but i wanted to design something different than their usual design so I came up with this. I think it kinda fits their personalities.
It’s also a “POP-UP”, means Jared and his microhone “pop up” from the crowd, so it’s kinda 3D , if you know what I mean. Perhaps I try to make a gif of it, we’ll see.
It was fun to make it. What do you think of it?
I really don’t care if you get inspired by my drawings, I’m actually honored that you like my style so much and that you try to copy it.
BUT don’t make it so obvious. It won’t help you to improve your skills if you completely copy an already existing drawing and also pretend its your own work, which is kinda disrespectful in my opinion. No offence, but just keep it in mind for the future, okay? :)

this is a work i made for college. the task was to change the hair of a person into something different to use it for an advertisment. i’m not sure for what kind of an advertisment i will use it…perhaps i will just make a cd-cover or a t-shirt out of it. oh and yeah, my jared-drawing was the model i used for this.
